Switchgear,Transformer Station
A transformer container is designed for the distribution of electrical energy from a central source to individual devices and technologies. It is used to house a transformer and switchgear cabinets according to project requirements.
A characteristic feature is the double floor, in which all cable routes are safely routed. Cable entries are implemented through side openings equipped with flexible sealing covers, while the frames of the openings together with the penetration elements are certified and meet gas-tight requirements.
The equipment may also include ventilation openings with louvers and control dampers to ensure controlled ventilation and cooling of the technology.
Technology Container
A technology container is designed for the integration of various technologies such as HVAC systems, electrical installations, media distribution systems, or control systems. The steel structure allows for safe installation of equipment, easy assembly, and long-term operation even in demanding industrial conditions. The solution is prepared for customization according to project requirements and final application.
Generator Container
A generator container is designed for the safe housing of an engine-generator and associated technology, providing protection against weather conditions, noise reduction, and controlled ventilation. It is suitable not only for mobile deployment but also for long-term installation in industrial facilities or energy projects where reliable and technically prepared infrastructure is required.
Modular Boiler Plant, CHP Unit (Combined Heat and Power)
A modular boiler plant is designed for the combined generation of electrical and thermal energy, with the option of using biogas as fuel. The floor structure is reinforced to accommodate the higher weight of the technology, and additional safety features can be included if required.
The solution may also include a thermally insulated control room, separated from the unit by a sound-insulated wall to ensure safe and comfortable operation.
Tanks
Tanks are designed for the collection and storage of various types of liquids. The dimensions, technical equipment, and structural parameters are always tailored to specific customer requirements.The tank shell is made of smooth steel plates with a thickness of up to 10 mm. The tightness of the structure is verified by water testing. The coating system is selected according to the type and properties of the stored liquid.Tanks can be equipped with access ladders, piping systems, and additional technological components based on project needs.
Offshore / CSC Container
In addition to manufacturing specialized containers, we also provide certification according to the specific application requirements:
- Certification for maritime transport in accordance with the CSC (International Convention for Safe Containers)
- Certification for transport and use in offshore conditions according to DNV 2.7-1
- Certification according to EN 283 / EN 284 for swap body containers with support legs
Upon request, we perform both destructive and non-destructive weld testing (penetrant, magnetic, ultrasonic). Our services also include water tightness testing of tanks and containment trays by filling them with water and performing subsequent visual inspection.
Pumping Station
The container is designed for the installation of technology for the distribution of process media. The interior is prepared with a variable mounting system for components such as mounting frames, C-rails, fixing plates, and other elements according to project requirements.The solution includes a watertight containment tray with a grating floor, which prevents direct contact with hazardous substances in case of leakage. The interior coating system is selected based on the defined operating environment and the type of media.
Control Room
The container can be used as a control room for operating technological equipment. In this configuration, it is equipped with a PVC floor covering and thermally insulated walls. The interior cladding can be made of smooth galvanized sheet metal, melamine panels, or sandwich ISO panels, depending on project requirements.
The control room can be equipped with furniture such as a desk or shelving systems, as well as a complete electrical installation, lighting, and air conditioning to ensure comfortable and safe operation.
Compressor Room
A compressor room is designed for housing compressors that generate compressed air for subsequent technological processes. The structure is fully acoustically insulated to address the high noise levels of the equipment.
The interior includes anchoring and mounting elements for easy installation of the technology. The solution also incorporates ventilation components such as louvers, control dampers, and ventilation ducts.
Battery Container
A battery container is designed for the safe and efficient storage of battery systems in industrial applications. The container structure features increased load-bearing capacity to reliably support the weight of battery racks and associated technology.
The solution includes the design, assembly, and manufacturing of battery racks according to specific project parameters. The container is equipped with a water-based cooling system to ensure optimal operating temperature and performance stability. For maximum safety, an integrated fire suppression system is included to protect both the technology and the surrounding environment in case of an emergency.
