Modern technological equipment at Rolfes s.r.o. enables precise and efficient steel processing in the production of containers and steel structures. Each manufacturing process is designed with a focus on quality, repeatability, and reliability of the final solution.
Welding
We carry out welding using modern MIG/MAG and TIG technologies at professionally equipped workstations in accordance with standards and certifications.
We provide:
- welding of load-bearing steel structures
- production of frames and technological assemblies
- strong and leak-proof weld joints
Each weld is inspected with a focus on quality, strength, and long-term reliability.
Sheet Metal Bending
Sheet metal bending is carried out on CNC press brakes AD-R 37220 and Xpert 320×4100, enabling precise material forming according to technical documentation.
The technology allows:
- bending of sheet metal up to approx. 3,700 mm in length
- high bending accuracy thanks to CNC control
- repeatability of production operations
This enables us to ensure precise part geometry even in demanding projects.
Sheet Metal Cutting
Sheet metal processing is carried out using guillotine shears SBT 3006 and SBT 4006, enabling precise and efficient cutting of materials according to required dimensions.
The technology ensures:
- cutting of sheet metal up to 4,000 mm in length
- processing of material up to approx. 6 mm thickness
- high precision and clean cuts
Accurate sheet metal cutting is the foundation for high-quality manufacturing and subsequent technological operations.
Sheet Metal Rolling
We use steel sheet rolling in the production of geometrically demanding parts and structural elements.
The technology enables:
- precise forming of sheets into required curves
- production of specific structural components
- flexibility in custom manufacturing
This process is essential for the implementation of individual technical solutions.
Material Cutting
For cutting steel profiles and semi-finished products, we use band saws Bomar Proficut 275 and Pegas Katana 360.
The technology ensures:
- precise cutting of materials according to required dimensions
- efficient processing of steel profiles
- high-quality material preparation for subsequent operations
